Once upon a time I decided to create a flash site. The sun was shining, the weather was fine, birds were singing. I turned on my laptop and asked google if he knows about free flash templates(as they are advertisied to be the smartest solution at best price – free). And my friend Google advised me to visit flashmo, flashvillage, templates4net and of course wix.com

After 2 hours of attempts to modify free flash templates from different providers I realised one thing. All free flash templates were created to convince the customer that professional flash templates are much better to edit and customize! Lol! So I decided to use Wix.

Things were much better with wix.com . I spent only an hour or so to figure out how the interface works. To say the truth that was not difficult for a guy with imagination So I created small website with the gallery, contact form and a couple of pages. That was pretty good for my needs, I don’t have much things to tell. So finally when I was through with all editing thing I pressed publish button……and FREE SITE BUILDER named Wix politely inquired about my credit card!  The only thing I could say was – WTF, they advertised it as free!!! (though who would spend money on advertising of free goods).

After that accident I started thinking of revenge. No I’m just kidding, I thought that it was not fair to advertise things not as they really are. So I decided to be the 1st who create REALLY FREE and beautiful thing – the builder of flash sites.

Finally why free:

1. All good things should be free. If the guy who invented matches licensed them we would still leave in the caves.

2.We hope to bring new standards in the web, especially in web design and templates production areas. This will make the web better for all of us.

3.  We do not want to hear things like “give me my money back” or “I’ve payed you and you must…” or sort of. Just take it for free.

4.  Commercial solutions require professional support(that’s what many IT companies lack), we are not ready to offer it at the moment.

5. We want to be the 1st and the best in this area. We all know that in a year or 2 somebody will steal the idea and create sort of professional version for only 99.99 ! But still it will be OUR idea.
